NAIJ.com noticed that President Biya made sure to post photos from their celebration on his Twitter and his Facebook with the simple caption: "We celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary." This shows that even after 23 years, he is still a romantic and proud to show off his wife and their love.
The president wore a very stylish white suit and matching hat while Mrs. Biya wore a lime green top and skirt; and maintained one of her fabulous hairstyles.
President Biya got married to Chantal in April, 1994. They are such a wonderful couple despite their 38-year age gap. Mrs. Biya is his second wife. His first wife, Jeanne-Irène Biya, were married for 32 years until her unfortunate death in 1992.
