Uriel Ngozi Oputa, one of the 2017 housemates in the just concluded Big Brother Naija reality show, has finally opened up on her journey to fame and the patience she had to exercise while waiting for luck to shine on her.
NAIJ.com gathered that the young lady had tried severally to break into limelight without no success. Uriel who was known to be highly dramatic while in the Big Brother house spoke on her long wait to fame.
She advised her fans and people around to wait on God as His time is always the best. The curvaceous lady said she almost gave up on her dreams as she thought BBNaija was her last bus stop. Uriel went further to talk about the sacrifices she had to make in order to get to where she is now.
At some point in her life, she was forced to borrow money from her brothers to buy dress and make a new wig. The young lady said she felt like a loser but she did not quit. She shared the inspiring post about her journey to fame on her Instagram page.
Read what she wrote below:
"Gods time is always the best almost gave up i said Big brother Nigeria would be my last bus especially because i auditioned for Big brother Africa two years in roll bk to bk got to the finals in SA and they didnt take me!!! I remember crying after being rejected because i was so sure i was getting into the house plus i borrowed money from my brothers to buy dress and i made a new wig!! Felt so ashamed like a big loser, watching friends getting married, finding New jobs and then there was me lol The funny dreamer ..oh and when your Uncles ask so what are you doing with your life Uriel?? .erm someone hide me i hated that question ..but i guess it just was'nt my time... 3rd lucky i guess, Keep pushing No problem is to big for God , it took me 8 years plus i still have a long way to go."
She concluded by asking people to hold on to their dreams and keep pushing. Uriel is positive that at the pointed time, they would break out and break free.
