Reacting to news that a number of homosexuals were arrested and charged to court in Lagos recently, popular rapper MI Abaga recently came out to slam Nigeria’s homosexuality laws.

Speaking in a podcast, the Chocolate City CEO said the country’s homosexuality laws are stupid. “I feel like I have a few friends with different sexual orientations and I think its stupid that we have that law in Nigeria but now that we do, until the law is repealed, I feel its not safe to openly disclose your s*xuality.”

Not done, MI further said while he is not advocating that the law should be changed, he just feels there should be an allowance for choice when it comes to one’s s*xuality.
